TIBCO BPM Developer Lead Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for a TIBCO BPM Developer with experience in developing web based applications forms and workflow solutions. The candidate should have good knowledge of JavaScript/XML experience working with web services and a basic understanding of SQL.
The candidate should be a good communicator self motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
Key Responsibilities

. Design and develop web based user interfaces and forms.
. Develop and maintain application logic using JavaScript and XML.
. Integrate applications with backend systems and external services using SOAP/REST web services.
. Work with databases and write/understand basic SQL queries.
. Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution.
. Work closely with business analysts developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand ups and retrospectives.
. Follow development standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Must Have Skills

. Hands on experience with Linux.
. Good knowledge of JavaScript and XML.
. Experience in building web based user interfaces and forms.
. Experience consuming and integrating SOAP/REST web services.
. Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and tools.

Good to Have

. Experience working on enterprise workflow/BPM applications.
. Exposure to application integration and backend systems.
. Experience working in a client facing or distributed team environment.
