Responsibilities
What Youll Do
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will serve as the first point of contact for organizations exploring how Oracles Cloud and AI innovations can help solve business challenges and accelerate growth.
You will play a critical role in creating and qualifying sales opportunities across Oracles cloud portfolio including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data & Analytics Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Applications.
In this role you will:
- Generate and qualify demand for Oracle Cloud solutions through inbound inquiries outbound prospecting account-based engagement and digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify engage and nurture targeted accounts to drive awareness and adoption of Oracles AI Data Platform Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS solutions.
- Apply a consultative value-based approach to understand customer priorities business challenges and strategic objectives.
- Clearly articulate Oracles differentiated value proposition demonstrating how data applications infrastructure and AI work together on a secure integrated cloud platform.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives Solution Engineers Marketing and Partner teams to progress qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM systems sales intelligence tools analytics and AI-assisted technologies to optimize prospecting effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers influencers and executive stakeholders within target organizations.
- Consistently achieve pipeline generation activity and performance goals while maintaining a high standard of customer engagement.
What Youll Need
- 35 years of experience in a B2B environment preferably within technology SaaS software cloud or digital solutions.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies cloud computing data platforms and AI-driven business transformation.
- Excellent communication relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- A proactive self-motivated mindset with strong organizational and execution capabilities.
- Ability to think critically adapt quickly and engage confidently in dynamic customer conversations.
- Passion for learning personal development and building a long-term career in enterprise technology sales.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Oracle CX Sales Salesforce Seismic Outreach or similar tools is advantageous.
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders including C-level executives.
