Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Conduct sales meetings product presentations and demonstrations.
2. Technical Expertise
Explain complex technical concepts in a simple business-friendly way
Demonstrate how products meet customer needs and solve problems.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products competitors and industry trends
3. Solution Selling & Proposal Management
Prepare technical proposals quotations and RFP responses
Customize solutions based on client requirements
Participate in negotiations and closure of deals.
4. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support
Support pre-sales activities such as presentations PoCs and technical discussions
Provide post-sales support and handle customer queries/issues
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
5. Account & Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct regular follow-ups and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Manage key accounts and ensure retention
6. Sales Performance & Reporting
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Track sales pipeline forecasts and prepare reports
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams
