Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Manager to manage the complete technical operations of the mall including MEP electrical fire & safety facility maintenance IT infrastructure and vendor management.
- Manage Electrical HVAC DG Elevators/Escalators Plumbing STP/WTP and MEP systems.
- Oversee Fire Alarm Sprinkler Hydrant Hose Reel and Smoke Detection systems.
- Ensure fire safety compliance drills documentation and Fire NOC coordination.
- Plan preventive maintenance and minimize equipment breakdowns.
- Manage AMC vendors contractors and SLAs.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs and minor civil works.
- Oversee CCTV Access Control Wi-Fi BMS and basic IT/POS infrastructure.
- 810 years of experience in Mall / Commercial Facility / Large Building Technical Operations.
- Strong knowledge of MEP Electrical and Fire Safety.
- Knowledge of NBC and local fire safety regulations.
- Experience in vendor/AMC management.
- Basic knowledge of BMS CCTV and IT infrastructure preferred.
- Fire Safety certification preferred.
