Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead with 10 years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Python and AI-powered application development Generative AI LLMs and agentic AI solutions. Experience with React-based front-end development and AWS cloud technologies would be advantageous.  

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams architecting scalable solutions and delivering modern AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) Generative AI and cloud-native technologies. 

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle mentor developers and AI engineers collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive innovation through the adoption of AI and modern engineering practices. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable high-performance applications using React Python and AWS. 

1. Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI LLMs Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-based workflows where appropriate. 

1. Mentor and guide developers and AI engineers promoting engineering excellence and best practices. 

1. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions. 

1. Conduct architecture reviews code reviews unit testing and integration testing to ensure quality performance and maintainability. 

1. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and modern software engineering practices. 

1. Integrate AI services cloud platforms enterprise systems and external APIs into business applications. 

1. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues. 

1. Stay current with emerging AI technologies software engineering trends and cloud-native best practices. 

Qualifications :

Qualifications 

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

1. 10 years of experience in software engineering with experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role. 

1. Expert-level Python development 

1. Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices. 

1. Experience with AWS cloud services application architecture and modern DevOps practices. 

1. Understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) design patterns and software engineering best practices. 

1. Strong problem-solving communication stakeholder management and leadership skills. 

Technical Skills 

AI & Machine Learning 

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). 

• Experience developing AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions 

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems 

• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) vector databases embeddings and semantic search technologies 

• Understanding of prompt engineering prompt optimisation and AI evaluation techniques 

• Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.

1. Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph CrewAI Semantic Kernel or similar technologies 

1. Experience with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures. 

1. Hands-on experience with AWS AI services such as Bedrock SageMaker or related AI platforms. 

1. Experience with vector databases knowledge retrieval systems and AI evaluation frameworks. 

1. Experience with Docker Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures. 

1. Experience mentoring teams and driving technical strategy across multiple projects. 

1. Familiarity with digital assets financial technology (FinTech) trading platforms tokenization blockchain ecosystems or related financial services domains is desirable
