Java (Strong Core Best Practices)

Spring Boot (MVC Data Cloud)

Microservices Architecture Design

Kafka (Event Streaming / Real-time pipelines)

Redis (Caching & Data Store)

MySQL / PostgreSQL

API Design & System Integration

Telecom Domain (Preferred/Required):

3G / 4G / 5G Network Understanding

3GPP Standards (Policy & Charging Systems)

Leadership Responsibilities:

Lead & mentor development teams

Sprint planning stand-ups & Agile delivery

Task allocation & delivery ownership

Code reviews & technical governance

Drive scalable & high-performance architecture

Troubleshooting & performance optimization
