You will work closely with business leaders influence hiring decisions and drive endtoend recruitment for technology roles in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology positions across levels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements team needs and business priorities.
  • Build strong trustbased relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions using data and market insights.
  • Conduct detailed technical screening to assess candidate proficiency across various tech stacks and tools.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards social platforms communities and passive talent networks.
  • Ensure seamless professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain structured pipelines and track progress through ATS or internal systems.
  • Provide weekly hiring dashboards insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay updated on market trends compensation benchmarks and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the employer brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-5 years of handson experience in IT/technical recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for roles such as Developers QA DevOps Cloud Data Security Architects etc.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts modern tech stacks and role nuances.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in fastpaced highgrowth environments is preferred.
