What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive desktop support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and system-related issues across laptops desktops and mobile devices ensuring high system availability and user productivity.
  
• Install configure maintain and support operating systems business applications and IT peripherals while ensuring compliance with organizational standards security policies and performance expectations.
  
• Manage service requests and incidents through ServiceNow including accurate ticket logging tracking escalation and resolution while maintaining clear communication with users and collaborating with technical teams to deliver effective IT support solutions.
  

What you need:

• Excellent technical knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware with strong hands-on experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.
  
• Working technical knowledge of current operating systems protocols and IT standards including Windows XP Windows 7 Windows Server (2000/2003/2008) and Apple/macOS iPhone and iPad environments.
  
• Knowledge and experience with networking components such as routers switches firewalls TCP/IP and remote control tools.
  
• Familiarity with enterprise IT tools and systems including Microsoft Office (2007/2010) Active Directory (AD) Exchange (2007/2010) SMS and enterprise backup solutions.
  
• Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team manage priorities operate under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
