System Engineer (Generative AI Salesforce Tech), COE Tech

As an AI Engineer you will design develop and implement scalable AI/GenAI solutions integrate LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise workflows and contribute to innovative products that improve productivity insights and customer experiences. We are looking for someone who is passionate about AI innovation experimentation and solving complex business problems using modern technologies.

Key job responsibilities
Design and develop AI/GenAI-powered applications and intelligent workflows
Build integrations between AI platforms AWS services and Salesforce ecosystems
Develop scalable APIs backend services and automation frameworks for AI solutions
Work with LLMs prompt engineering embeddings vector databases and orchestration frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven business opportunities
Implement secure scalable and high-performing cloud-native solutions on AWS
Optimize AI model performance response quality and operational efficiency
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and drive innovation initiatives across the organization

A day in the life
As an AI Engineer L4 in Amazon Sales Tech you will build scalable solutions across AWS Salesforce data platforms and Generative AI technologies. Your day may involve developing APIs automating workflows designing intelligent AI-powered features and integrating large-scale data systems. You will collaborate with engineers product managers and business stakeholders to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency. Youll review architecture debug production issues optimize system performance and experiment with emerging AI capabilities including LLMs and automation frameworks. This role offers hands-on exposure to cloud AI and enterprise technologies while driving innovation at scale.

- 4 years of systems development experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python Ruby Golang Java C C# Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
