Job Summary
Program Coordination & PMO Support
Maintain the detailed Esphora STP project plan actively manage Jira tickets and track daily/weekly deliverables across all 5 program
releases
Act as the primary intake funnel for deadlines requirements and requests coming from central enabling teams (Data Migration
Testing Change Management) protecting the GPOs from administrative noise
Roll up the STP stream status risks and administrative updates to the Central PMO. You manage the day-to-day execution within
the STP tower while relying on the Central PMO for overarching program air traffic control
Support the STP Business Workstream Lead in coordinating activities milestones dependencies and deliverables
Maintain integrated project plans action trackers RAID logs and governance documentation
Coordinate preparation for governance meetings steering committees and status reporting activities
Track progress across STP sub-process areas and proactively follow-up on actions risks and dependencies
Business Readiness and Deployment Support
Ensure deployment-related actions (training testing sign-offs cutover tasks) are tracked and completed by relevant teams at
functional or regional levels ahead of go-live.
Support coordination of business readiness activities across process people systems and operational dimensions
Support readiness assessments and follow-up actions ahead of deployment milestones and go-live events
Assist with coordination of cutover preparation hypercare and stabilization activities
Ensure deployment related actions are tracked and completed with relevant teams at functional or regional levels
Help ensure operational teams are prepared for upcoming process and system changes
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Prepare and maintain readiness dashboards and status updates
Support monitoring of deployment progress adoption indicators and stabilization activities
Identify opportunities to improve coordination governance and execution effectiveness across the program
Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the S4HANA transformation journey
Key Performance Indicators
Timely completion of business readiness and deployment activities
Effective coordination and tracking of project actions risks and dependencies
Quality and timeliness of governance reporting and stakeholder communications
Readiness milestones achieved in line with deployment timelines
Positive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Smooth support of go-live and stabilization activities
Effective follow-through and closure of program actions and issues
Experience know-how and skills critical for success
Experience
4-7 years of experience in Project Management STP transformation SAP / S4HANA implementation or business readiness roles
Experience supporting large-scale transformation or ERP implementation programs preferred
Exposure to Source to Pay Procurement Procurement Operations
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders within matrix organizations
Familiarity with governance reporting deployment or change management activities
Skills
Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously
Structured approach to tracking and chasing actions risks and deliverables without needing to be prompted
