Staff Engineer, DevOps

REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of experience in DevOps Platform Engineering or Automation
Expert experience in Jenkins and Groovy scripting for CI/CD pipeline development
Strong experience in Python development and production-grade automation
Hands-on experience with Azure Pipeline Management and CI/CD automation
Strong Linux and Bash/Shell scripting skills
Experience with Git GitOps workflows and source code management
Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes and Helm charts
Experience with Ansible and automation tooling
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus Grafana and Telegraf
Strong troubleshooting debugging and pipeline failure resolution skills
Good written and verbal communication skills with a self-driven approach

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and custom Groovy libraries
Develop Python and Bash automation tools for network engineering operations
Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes using Helm
Implement and support GitOps workflows to enable engineering self-service
Troubleshoot pipeline failures application deployments and automation issues
Perform code reviews and maintain automation scripts and tooling
Support Ansible-based automation and integration with DevOps tools
Monitor application and platform performance using Prometheus Grafana and Telegraf
Document processes automation standards and operational procedures
Collaborate with network engineers and DevOps teams to improve automation maturity
Participate in on-call support and resolve critical production issues
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of the DevOps toolchain

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
