Key Responsibilities Membership Revenue Management
- Own the membership revenue lifecycle including invoicing collections renewals and closure.
- Ensure timely collection of membership fees subscription charges and usagebased revenues.
- Monitor outstanding receivables follow up with members and reduce overdue balances.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition reconciliation and reporting.
- Prepare and track membership revenue forecasts MIS dashboards and variance analysis.
- Support pricing changes membership fee revisions and new membership types.
Membership Operations (Partial Scope)
- Oversee membership onboarding renewals suspensions and exits from a process perspective.
- Ensure operational compliance with Credit Bureau regulations internal SOPs and contractual terms.
- Act as a liaison between Sales Member Relations Legal IT and Finance for membership operations.
- Manage exception handling related to billing disputes and operational escalations.
- Support audits (internal/external) by providing membership and revenue documentation.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation for membership agreements fee structures and approvals.
- Participate in policy formulation related to membership revenue and operational controls.
