The Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focusedSrLearning and Development Specialistto drive capability-building across the business through high-impact learning individual willreport to the Sr Manager of the Global Learning Development Center of Excellence.
This role serves as atrusted advisor to HR Business Partnersbusiness leadersandemployeestranslating business priorities skill gaps and growthobjectivesinto targeted learning strategies and programs. The Learning Partner owns theend-to-end lifecycle of learning solutionsfromneedsanalysis and design through delivery measurement and continuous scope of the role is todeliver the learning plan that solutions for our India 6sensersthat aligns with India business needs and the global L&D strategyas well as lead globally scaled programs for the enterpriseas part of the global L&D Center of Excellence.
The ideal candidate brings deepexpertiseininstructional design and facilitation with the ability to create scalable engaging learning experiences that drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Needs Analysis
- PartnerregularlywithHRBPs and business leadersto understand strategic priorities team performance needs and capability gaps
- Conduct structuredlearning needs analysesand translate insights into actionable learning plans
- Serve as aconsultative learning expert advising stakeholders on the right mix of solutions (ILT eLearning blended experiential)
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of business goals operating rhythms and evolving skill requirements
Learning Strategy & Program Design
- Design and developscalable learning programsaligned to critical capability areas (e.g. onboarding manager effectiveness functional skills AI fluency)
- Applyinstructional design methodologies(e.g. ADDIE or equivalent) to create effective learner-centered experiences
- Build structuredlearning journeys and pathwaysthat support skill development over time
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate content into engaging learning experiences
Facilitation & Delivery
- Facilitate high-impactinstructor-led sessions(virtual and in-person) across a range of audiences including managers and leadership teams
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that drives participation and retention
- Deliver bothcore programs and customized sessionsfor specific teams or functions
- Continuously refine facilitation approach based on audience feedback and outcomes
Digital Learning & Content Development
- Design and develop digital learning experiences usingArticulate 360 (Storyline Rise)and other learning tools
- Create high-quality interactiveeLearning modules resources and toolkits
- Ensure content isscalable accessible and aligned to modern learning best practices
- Curate and integrate internal and external learning content where appropriate
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define success metrics and evaluate theeffectiveness of learning programsthrough data feedback and performance indicators
- Analyze learning data toidentifytrends gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Iterate on content delivery and approach to increase impact and business relevance
- Communicate outcomes and insights to stakeholders todemonstratevalue
Program Management
- Own end-to-end execution of learning initiativesfrom concept through launch and sustainment
- Manage timelines stakeholders and deliverables across multiple concurrent programs
- Ensure high-quality delivery and a consistent learner experience across all offerings
Skills Knowledge & Abilities
- Strongconsulting and stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to influence and align across all levels of the organization
- Expertiseininstructional design adult learning principles and program development
- Exceptionalfacilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven ability to design and deliverboth instructor-led and digital learning experiences
- Strongproject and program management capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and improve outcomes
- Excellent communication skillsclear concise and engaging
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of7 years of experiencein Learning & Development Instructional Design or related field
- Demonstrated experience inboth instructional design and facilitation
- Hands-on experience withArticulate 360 (Storyline Rise)
- Experience designing and deliveringscalable learning programsin a corporate environment
- Experience partnering with business leaders toassess needs and deliver solutions
- Bachelors degreerequired
Nice to Have
- Experience building programs in areas such asmanager effectiveness onboarding or technical/functional enablement
- Familiarity withlearning analytics and measurement frameworks
- Experience working in ahigh-growth fast-pacedtechenvironment
