**Your Role And Responsibilities**
We are looking for a Sr Business System Analyst to join this role you will work as a member of a highly dynamic and collaborative technical team. The team is tasked with design development and functional support for the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will implement and execute strategy to helpthe teamdeliver high-quality products and build a quality-first culture within the development team. You will collaborate closely withthe Product OwnerSalesforce EngineersEnterprise architects and testing and support teams to execute and deliver solutions and tools in alignment with the org vision and strategy.
What You Will Do
* Work closely with global and regional stakeholders development teams and architects to solve business problems
* Writing user stories acceptance criteria as per business needs
* Drivingteam refinementsessions andimplement solutions usingsalesforce configuration
* Analyze business requirements perform gap analysis and root cause analysis
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies
* Ensure compliance with SOX business controls and IT general controls
* Identify system gaps and propose design and build solutions
What You Will Bring
* Graduate university degree in computer science computer engineering or a similar field
* 5 years of SFDC experience
* Demonstrated experience working as part of an agile development team
* Experience with CI and CD tools like Git VS Code SonarQube and the release process
* Solid knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Understanding of the overall SFDC ecosystem
* Solid problem-solving critical thinking and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic data tables and rule relationships
* Desire to learn and apply new technologies
* Ability to learn quickly and master new skills as necessary
* Exemplary interpersonal skills
The Following Are Considered a Plus
* SFDC certifications
* Agile certifications
* Knowledge of SalesforceSalesCloud
**Preferred Education**
Bachelor's Degree
**Required Technical And Professional Expertise**
* Agile Methodologies Application: Exposure to agile principles and methodologies with ability to apply them in gathering client requirements and delivering solutions.
* Business Acumen: Experience working with basic financial concepts knowledge of business plans and impact analysis to inform solution delivery.
* Requirements Gathering Techniques: Exposure to various techniques for gathering client requirements with ability to select and apply the most effective approach.
* Solution Delivery Management: Experience working with development teams to track progress manage user acceptance testing and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
* Technical Documentation Development: Exposure to creating technical documentation and training materials to communicate and educate clients and user communities on solutions.
**Preferred Technical And Professional Experience**
* Application Architecture Knowledge: Exposure to application architecture and its integration with business solutions enabling effective communication with development teams and informed solution delivery.
* Database Management Understanding: Familiarity with database management principles and practices allowing for effective collaboration with development teams and robust solution design.
