Managing recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
Overseeing employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management.
Administering compensation and benefits programs.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Supporting employee development through training and career planning.
Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR strategies.
This role requires strong communication organizational and leadership skills with experience in HR practices and procedures.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree: A degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is often required.
Masters Degree (Preferred): A Masters in HR MBA with a focus on HR or related fields is often preferred.

Leadership & Management: Strong leadership decision-making and team management skills.
