About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cross-functional technology programs across our healthcare business operations. This role will be central in shaping the architecture of cutting-edge solutions by working closely with internal stakeholders the technical community and third-party software vendors. The successful candidate will be hands-on capable of developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts while also providing strategic architectural guidance that drives innovation in agentic AI platforms multi-agent systems and enterprise automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture Leadership
• Define and own the architecture for AI automation and enterprise-scale solutions across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with product teams engineering operations and business stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals.
• Hands-On Prototyping & POCs
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate emerging technologies.
• Develop prototypes write code and demonstrate solution feasibility.
• Vendor & Technology Evaluation
• Conduct white-spotting exercises to identify unmet business needs and opportunities for innovation.
• Perform technical due diligence of third-party vendor solutions ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and enterprise standards.
• Agentic AI Platform Development
• Architect and build a scalable agentic AI platform to enable creation orchestration and governance of multiple intelligent agents.
• Define best practices for agentic architectures integrating automation reasoning and decision-making capabilities.
• Governance & Best Practices
• Establish architectural guidelines reference models and reusable frameworks.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and technical leads.
• Qualifications
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 5 years of relevant experience in software architecture or solution architecture roles. Preferred with significant experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong background in AI automation multi-agent systems and enterprise integration.
• Proven track record in leading POCs prototypes and large-scale solution design.
• Skills:
• Deep technical expertise in distributed systems cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) APIs and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python Java C# or similar).
• Strong experience in evaluating vendor technologies including due diligence and integration strategies.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare (HIPAA GDPR ISO).
• Leadership: Ability to influence across technical and business teams drive alignment and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
