The Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who can work closely with our sales and product teams to understand customer problems shape solutions and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
This is a highly customer facing role. You will be expected to understand both the business problem and the technology behind the communicate both clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is someone who can walk into a customer conversation understand the problem build the right story demonstrate the product effectively and help the customer see why the solution matters.
What Youll Do
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and opportunities
Participate in customer discovery sessions and understand business processes pain points and desired outcomes
Design and present compelling product demonstrations tailored to the customers specific problem
Build demos prototypes proof of concepts and solution mockups quickly
Translate customer requirements into practical solution approaches
Explain technical concepts architecture integrations AI capabilities and tradeoffs to customers
Work closely with product and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility
Support proposals solution presentations RFPs and technical responses
Help identify opportunities to expand existing customer engagements
Stay current with AI capabilities and use AI extensively to improve demo preparation research prototyping and solution development

Required Education:
Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science Software Engineering or a strictly related technical field.
