• Develop and assess various technical solution options by leveraging both established and emerging technologies
• Push forward software delivery by applying deep knowledge of microservices architecture within fintech contexts
• Guide and support development teams to encourage technical excellence and ongoing enhancement
• Liaise directly with product owners and operational teams to guarantee smooth software rollout

• 14 years of experience in product engineering focused on designing solutions that scale
• Solid grounding in core Computer Science concepts web application development and microservices design
• Track record building financial systems capable of handling high transaction volumes with global reach and near-constant uptime
• Skilled in web technologies including HTML5 CSS and front-end frameworks like React and Angular
• Strong back-end development skills using Java Spring and Spring Boot
• Familiarity with database platforms such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server for large-scale deployments
• Background working with cloud-native tools such as PCF Kubernetes Azure or AWS
• Comfortable operating in Agile settings that emphasize teamwork and iterative progress
• Ability to guide development teams and nurture an environment of continuous technical growth
• Willingness to engage directly in prototype creation to address business problems
• Ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong background in Java J2EE RESTful APIs React and Angular
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot Spring Cloud and Hibernate
• Exposure to API tooling and design standards suited for large-scale systems
• Understanding of cloud and DevOps architectural approaches particularly with Azure or AWS
