Job Summary
- Role Focus Provide robust technical support for Java-based wealth management platforms hosted on AWS ensuring 24/7 service availability.
- Core Responsibilities
- Monitor application performance and logs to proactively identify and resolve production incidents.
- Perform L2/L3 support debugging code-level issues and applying hotfixes in Java-based applications.
- Manage cloud infrastructure components in AWS ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost management.
- Work closely with development teams to bridge the gap between releases and operational stability.
- Maintain detailed documentation for incident logs and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
