Software Engineer

We are looking for experienced Software Engineers to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project. The role involves applying real-world software engineering expertise to create challenging coding tasks, implement features, fix bugs, and develop reliable verification solutions for next-generation AI systems.

Prior AI experience is not required. Strong software engineering and programming expertise is the primary requirement.

• Create realistic and challenging coding tasks for AI systems.
• Implement new features and resolve software bugs.
• Develop deterministic verifiers to validate coding solutions.
• Debug complex software issues and improve system performance.
• Refactor existing codebases and improve code quality.
• Build and work with scalable services and APIs.
• Review code and maintain strong engineering standards.
• Design, maintain, and improve automated testing where applicable.

• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computer science fundamentals.
