Job Summary

Job Summary

The Sizing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the sizing process to ensure proper application of sizing chemicals on warp yarn improving yarn strength and reducing breakage during weaving.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily sizing machine operations and production activities.
Ensure correct mixing and application of sizing chemicals.
Monitor yarn quality and size pick-up during the process.
Coordinate with warping and weaving departments for smooth production flow.
Maintain production records and machine efficiency.
Ensure machine maintenance safety and cleanliness in the department.
Guide and supervise operators and helpers.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of textile dyeing and printing processes Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good communication and problem-solving ability Basic computer knowledge (Excel reporting) Attention to detail and quality focus

Required Education:

Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field 15 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
