We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Site Supervisor located in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction sector looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce operations.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers contractors and labor teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain site safety standards and enforce discipline among workers.
- Inspect materials received and report procurement requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards and construction best practices are followed.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 15 years of experience in construction or site supervision roles. Experience in handling labor teams monitoring project execution and ensuring safety compliance is preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Preferred: B.E/ Civil Engineering
- Additional: Construction Safety Certification (Preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
