• Oversee daily operations at construction sites ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of stage engineering and audiovisual installations.
• Monitor progress of construction activities maintaining quality control and reporting any deviations from the project timeline to senior management.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deadlines.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision preferably in stage engineering or theater design projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate on-site teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
