We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Execution Handler (Supervision) to manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities. The person will be responsible for coordinating with workers contractors vendors and the internal team to ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings specifications quality standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site managing multiple activities simultaneously and taking ownership of site-level execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
• Coordinate with contractors workers vendors and other site personnel.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings designs and specifications.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure proper execution.
• Track daily progress and report updates to the management/project team.
• Plan and coordinate manpower materials tools and equipment required at the site.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
• Coordinate with the design/technical team whenever clarification is required.
• Ensure materials are properly received checked stored and utilized at the site.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure activities are completed as scheduled.
• Maintain daily site reports work progress records material records and other required documentation.
• Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.
• Coordinate between different teams to avoid delays and execution conflicts.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide photographs/progress updates to management.
• Take responsibility for overall site-level coordination and execution.

Diploma / ITI / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design Construction Management or a related field.14 years of relevant site supervision/execution experience understanding of construction/site execution to read and understand basic drawings and communication and coordination to manage workers and contractors -solving and decision-making ability at the site knowledge of MS Excel WhatsApp email and digital reporting to travel locally and work at project to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
