Job description
Position Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Reports to: Global Hub lead
Location: Pune India
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to design build and continuously improve employeecentric HR solutions on the ServiceNow this role you will partner closely with our HR and IT teams to deliver intuitive scalable and compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle.
You will play a key role in translating HR requirements into robust technical solutions that improve employee experience operational efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions including:
- Lifecycle Events
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center / HR Portal
- HR Knowledge Management
- Customize and extend ServiceNow using:
- Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies
- Flow Designer and Workflow
- Script Includes and REST integrations
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM CSM) and external HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices security standards and data privacy requirements
- Support testing deployment and release management across environments
- Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and provide ongoing platform support
- Contribute to platform roadmap discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring
- 5 years of handson ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience specifically with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Solid knowledge of:
- JavaScript (serverside and clientside)
- ServiceNow scripting and configuration
- Flow Designer and Workflow
- Experience working with HR processes and employee lifecycle concepts
- Understanding of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Benefit if experienced in:

- Signature integrations
- Reporting & analytics in ServiceNow

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA HRSD Implementation Specialist CAD)
- Experience with Employee Experience (EX) Virtual Agent or Service Portal
- Exposure to global HR processes and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR)
- Experience in large complex enterprise environments
