Qualification: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.

Overview:
Ensures governance risk and compliance controls within ServiceNow platforms including IRM module support.
Owns execution and assurance of Information Risk Management (IRM) and IT controls manages evidence exceptions audits and liaison with governance teams.
Oversee control execution reviews evidence quality manages analysts drives automation and acts as escalation point for control issues.
Ensure SLA and KPIs are met as expected.
Risk governance control assurance compliance leadership. Quality leadership continuous improvement.
Leads IRM-aligned control operations Leads control quality and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce IT controls and compliance
- Support IRM/GRC modules in ServiceNow
- Conduct audits and compliance checks
- Maintain risk registers and controls documentation
