- Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD applications including:
- HR Case Management

- Lifecycle Events

- Build and enhance personalized role-based employee portals to improve employee self-service experience.
- Develop dynamic HR Service Catalogs with:
- Intuitive request forms
- Contextual help
- Automated fulfillment workflows
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems including:
- SuccessFactors for employee and organizational data synchronization
