Service Engineer
Job Summary
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Installation and commissioning of Homogeniser at customer locations.
- Troubleshooting and repairing machine breakdowns.
- Preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.
- Diagnosing mechanical electrical pneumatic or automation-related issues.
- Coordinating with customers to minimize downtime.
- Providing technical support and operator training.
- Preparing service reports after each visit.
- Maintaining service records and documentation.
- Recommending spare parts and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinating with internal departments like sales production and technical support.
- Supporting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
- Ensuring safety standards and SOP compliance during service work.
- Handling emergency breakdown calls and urgent customer requirements.
- Assisting in machine performance improvement and modifications.
- Building strong customer relationships through timely support.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma/ in: Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 02 years for Junior Service Engineer
- Experience in maintenance troubleshooting or industrial equipment preferred
Technical Skills
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- PLC/HMI basic knowledge
Soft Skills
- Customer handling capability
- Problem-solving attitude
- Time management

- Willingness to travel frequently
