Position Description: We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong experience in enterprise application development Spring Boot microservices databases Kafka and AWS cloud services.

Design develop and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications
Build scalable and resilient microservices using Spring Boot
Develop optimize and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
Design and implement data models using PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka
Monitor and troubleshoot production applications using Dynatrace
Perform performance tuning debugging and root cause analysis
Collaborate with product owners architects DevOps teams and other stakeholders
Develop automated unit and integration test suites
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in Java 8/11/17
Proficiency in Spring Boot Spring MVC and Spring Security
Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices
Good understanding of distributed systems and design patterns
Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
Experience with Maven or Gradle build tools
Proficiency with Git and Jenkins
Experience with Docker and understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals
Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace
Cloud & AWS Skills:
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models
Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS Lambda RDS SQS and SNS
Experience with containerized application deployment using Docker
Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals and container orchestration
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
Understanding of application scalability reliability and monitoring in cloud environments
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with OpenShift
Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud environments
Knowledge of Redis caching
Experience with Elasticsearch
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field
Strong understanding of software design patterns and distributed systems
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects product owners developers and DevOps teams
