Senior Software Engineer (Front End)

Summary:
Leads the development of complex software features and contributes to architectural decisions across Tekions platforms. Mentors junior engineers promotes engineering best practices and drives technical excellence in both design and implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Designs and builds scalable high-performance systems and services to support business growth and technical evolution.
Leads feature development from concept to deployment ensuring quality performance and maintainability.
Collaborates with architects and senior engineers to influence system design and technical strategy.
Mentors junior engineers and fosters a culture of continuous learning and code quality.
Conducts code reviews sets engineering standards and drives adoption of best practices across the team.
Identifies bottlenecks and proactively resolves technical challenges in production and development environments.

Qualifications:
57 years of experience in software engineering
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g. Java Python JavaScript C)
Strong understanding of distributed systems cloud-native services and performance optimization
Experience with microservices containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure)
Excellent problem-solving mentorship and communication skills
Proven track record of delivering production-grade software and improving team effectiveness
