Senior Process Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking an AR Associate / Senior Associate to support the UK / Singapore / ANZ region. This role is responsible for the fundamental pillars of the Order-to-Cash cycle including Billing Cash Applications and Customer Master Data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in accordance with regional requirements.
• Cash Applications: Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts and resolve unapplied cash entries.
• Master Data Management: Maintain and update the Customer Master Data to ensure billing accuracy and data integrity.
• Dispute Support: Assist in identifying and documenting billing discrepancies or payment shortfalls.
• Transition Support: Support the transition of AR processes from onshore/third-party entities to the GCC.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate in Commerce or Finance.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in Finance Operations.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation.

Proficiency in ERP systems and web-based workflow applications
