We are looking for highly skilled Technical Leads with strong expertise in Java and ReactJS to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on development capabilities along with proven experience in leading development teams driving technical decisions and delivering scalable full stack solutions.

The candidate will work closely with architects product owners business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution and high-quality software delivery.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and developing scalable applications.
• Drive end-to-end application development using Java Spring Boot Microservices and ReactJS.
• Participate in solution architecture technical design and code review activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards security practices and development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and project delivery.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Support CI/CD implementation deployment automation and DevOps practices.
• Conduct sprint planning effort estimation and task allocation.
• Provide technical guidance mentoring and performance feedback to team members.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage technical escalations.

• 8 years of overall IT experience in Full Stack Development
• Mandatory experience as a Technical Lead / Team Lead
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java 8/11/17
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security
• Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on experience in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6)
• Experience with TypeScript Redux/Context API
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
• Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ messaging systems
• Cloud experience in AWS/Azure/GCP
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Git Maven Jenkins CI/CD pipelines

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams
• Experience in handling client communications and stakeholder management
• Ability to drive technical discussions and architecture decisions
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project execution
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Experience in enterprise application development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with GraphQL
