Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable Microservices and Event-Driven backend systems. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in cloud-native application development Kafka-based integrations distributed architectures and REST API engineering.
The candidate will work on logistics and supply chain platforms supporting real-time operational workflows and orchestration services


Your future duties and responsibilities
Must Have Skills
Strong experience in C# Backend Development
Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture
Strong knowledge of RESTful API Development
Experience with OpenAPI 3 / API-first development
Expertise in Kafka and Event-Driven Systems
Experience with MongoDB
Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud
Experience working with Kubernetes
Strong understanding of:
o CQRS
o Idempotency
o Replay Mechanisms
o Distributed Systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with OWASP secure API development practices
Experience in monitoring and observability tools:
o OpenTelemetry
o Prometheus
o Jaeger

Good to Have Skills
Experience in:
o Logistics
o Transportation
o Supply Chain
o Warehouse Management Systems
Exposure to workflow orchestration and business rules engines
Experience with ArgoCD
Knowledge of Kafka Source & Sink concepts
Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
Understanding of cloud-native scalability and resiliency patterns


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend Microservices using C#
Build and maintain REST APIs following API-first principles
Develop asynchronous integrations using Kafka
Implement secure resilient and highly available backend systems
Collaborate with frontend DevOps and cross-functional teams
Support observability monitoring and troubleshooting activities
Participate in CI/CD and Kubernetes deployment practices
Optimize application performance and reliability

Education Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field with relevant industry experience.
