Senior Data Operations Analyst, NIQ One Platform

The One Platform Principal Operations analyst Data Output plays a key execution role in the rollout setup and validation client output in our One Platform ecosystem with a strong focus on eClipse/NRSP and its integration with upstream and downstream platforms for the set up and BAU maintenance (e.g. OGRDS Delivery Management On Demand Sirval Madras and T&D DWH). On the validation part focus will be on data correctness and client specification correctness across all dimensions 

This role is designed for an execution analyst who ensures that client set up in One Platform is executed properly and according to the country rollout schedule validates the client output vs. Legacy and vs. defined specs to sign off and handover to the commercial teams. And manages any additional BAU maintenance activities required in eClipse/NRSP for delivery in Discover according to delivery commitments 

Job Responsibilities  

Platform Setup & Rollout Execution 

• Support initial setup and configuration activities in eClipse/NRSP as part of One Platform onboarding of clients across countries. Using the available automation tools and load functionalities 

• Executes the output checks on both data correctness as well as the client specifications. Using automated comparison tools 

• Supports the RCA in case of issues identified during the output checks 

• Executes corrections needed in eClipse/NRSP when needed as an outcome of the RCA on identified issues 

BAU Operations & Monitoring 

• Perform daytoday operational monitoring of One Platform processes in BAU. 

• Identify analyse and support resolution of operational issues across platform flows. 

• Participate actively in regular platform governance and working sessions. 

Role Requirements  

Required Skills & Experience 

• Technical & Domain Knowledge 

• Working knowledge of eClipse/NRSP (configuration monitoring BAU flows). 

• Basic understanding of T&D DWH confirmed layer and data flows. 

• Experience working with enterprise data platforms or operational systems. 

• Analytical skills 

Qualifications :

• 23 years experience in operations execution roles within datadriven or platformbased environments. 

• Handson experience supporting system rollout BAU operations or platform stabilization. 

• Exposure to multicountry or global operating models is preferred. 

Ways of Working 

• Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and operational discipline. 

• Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional and crossregional teams. 

• Comfortable operating in environments with delivery deadlines and the pressure of a high profile project. 

• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
