Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to manage a small team in a high-volume takeaway restaurant serving steak chicken and fries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Work hands-on at grill and fry stations during peak hours.
- Maintain SOPs food quality portion control and presentation.
- Manage daily inventory food costs and waste.
- Ensure proper hygiene sanitation and food safety.
- Monitor food storage labeling and temperature checks.
- Prepare daily and weekly kitchen performance reports.
- Report operational and staffing issues to the owner.
Salary: OMR 250300/ INR per month
Requirements
- 7 years of working experience as a Chef De Partie experience.
- Experience as Senior CDP Kitchen Leader or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation hygiene inventory and cost control.
- Ability to manage and train kitchen staff.
- Basic English communication skills.
