Senior Angular Performance Engineer

• Develop and maintain high-performance reusable and scalable Angular applications.
  
• Conduct thorough performance profiling and optimization of front-end code and application workflows.
  
• Lead efforts in identifying and resolving architectural and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX Backend DevOps) to define and execute project strategies.
  
• Create and implement strategies to overcome development setbacks whether technical or process-related.
  
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  
• Stay current with evolving Angular best practices emerging technologies and front-end trends.
  
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility responsiveness and accessibility across all UI features.
  
• Maintain and improve codebase with a focus on long-term maintainability and performance.
  
• Participate in sprint planning estimation and technical documentation.
  

Requirements

• 910 years of overall software development experience with 5 years in Angular (v10 and above).
  
• Proven expertise in Angular performance optimization lazy loading change detection strategies and bundle size reduction.
  
• Solid understanding of RxJS component lifecycle state management (NgRx or similar) and modular design.
  
• Experience in profiling tools like Chrome DevTools Lighthouse WebPageTest etc.
  
• Deep understanding of RESTful API integration authentication methods (OAuth2 JWT) and security best practices.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of navigating and overcoming development setbacks.
  
• Ability to define and communicate technical strategies to stakeholders and development teams.
  
• Experience with unit testing (Jasmine Karma) and end-to-end testing (Protractor Cypress).
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
