Seeking a Workday HRIS Consultant to support various Workday modules including Core HCM Recruiting Learning Reporting and Prism Analytics. The role involves configuration support reporting analytics incident management stakeholder engagement and enhancement activities across the Workday platform.
- Support and maintain Workday HCM Recruiting Learning and Prism solutions.
- Perform configuration changes enhancements and functional support.
- Manage incidents tickets and production support activities.
- Develop and troubleshoot Workday reports and analytics.
- Support People Analytics and HR reporting initiatives.
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Conduct demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support Time & Absence and other HR business processes.
- Implement small enhancements and user stories.

1. To identify and effectively address critical issues through in-depth analysis driving resolution and optimizing performance.
2. To validate analyze and interpret results crafting comprehensive reports and presenting findings to stakeholders influencing key decisions and driving project progress.
3. To prepare the model for the analysis and build technical model.
4. to continuously monitor data accuracy and completeness throughout the analysis pipeline preventing errors and delivering reliable insights for downstream decision-making.
