Job Summary
As a Deployment Lead a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that encompasses work planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation. This role requires close collaboration with various project teams to manage dependencies and ensure all deployment activities are aligned. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment process are key daily tasks alongside facilitating training sessions and pilot programs to support a smooth transition and successful implementation.

- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Experience in managing deployment schedules and resource allocation effectively.
- Competence in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries
