We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP US Payroll Consultant to lead and support end-to-end payroll delivery and configuration for large-scale global projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP/SF US Payroll payroll compliance integrations and business process transformation.
This role requires deep understanding of HCM processes across multiple modules strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Experience Required
Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP/SF Payroll (US Payroll)
Key Responsibilities
Lead successful end-to-end delivery and payroll configuration for large-scale global implementations
Analyze map and transform HR business processes
Conduct process discovery sessions document as-is processes and design to-be solutions
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and recommend suitable SAP/SuccessFactors solutions
Configure and unit test SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll modules
Troubleshoot payroll schemas PCRs and payroll-related issues
Develop and review Functional Specifications Configuration Workbooks and test documentation
Create and execute test strategies test cases and validation scenarios
Validate payroll interfaces mapping and reconciliation activities
Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations tax forms and year-end processing
Support cutover go-live hypercare and post-production support activities
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for issue resolution
Drive delivery management activities including status reporting RAID management escalations and change control
Ensure on-time on-budget delivery with strong focus on quality and client satisfaction
Required Skills
6 years of hands-on SAP US Payroll experience
Strong expertise in US Payroll processes and compliance
Experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects
Strong experience working in large cross-functional global teams
Expertise in SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll configuration and testing
Strong understanding of payroll schemas and PCR troubleshooting
Experience with integrations and interface validation
Knowledge of finance integrations and third-party payroll vendors (preferred)
SAP ECP Certification Optional
Experience with ADP integrations is an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
