We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing preferably in the insurance domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in functional integration regression and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.

• Perform functional integration regression and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.

• Create review and execute test cases and test scenarios.

• Validate Salesforce workflows business processes and data accuracy.

• Identify report track and retest defects using defect management tools.

• Perform integration testing between Salesforce and third-party applications.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with developers business analysts and functional teams to ensure quality releases.

• Ensure application quality and timely delivery of Salesforce solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce QA Testing.

• Experience in functional integration regression and end-to-end testing.

• Knowledge of Salesforce objects workflows validation rules and business processes.

• Experience in test case preparation and execution.

• Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in the Insurance domain.

• Knowledge of insurance business processes and workflows.

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud is an advantage.

• Exposure to API testing and integration testing is preferred.
