Job Summary
Designation-Senior Sales Executive
Location-Banglore
Experience -1 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Client & Prospect Management:Identify new business opportunities build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects and serve as a primary liaison.
- Sales Team Leadership:Lead coach and mentor junior sales representatives providing guidance on processes and technical questions.
- Reporting & Analysis:Track sales performance generate forecasts analyze sales data and market trends and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned and to provide market feedback for product improvements.
- Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate contracts present solutions and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Several years of proven experience in sales with a track record of increasing sales and revenue.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data identify market trends and provide strategic insights.
- Networking: Ability to generate leads through networking cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
