Job Summary
- Execute core duties with precision accountability and a focus on quality and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align project objectives with strategic business priorities
- Collect analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights and performance reports
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend innovative improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Prepare and deliver clear concise reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity and reliability
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with audit and governance requirements
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters Degree
Experience: Experienced
- 3 years of professional experience in operations project coordination business analysis or a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced evolving environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Proven track record of process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Asana Trello Jira)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team across departments
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and embrace new technologies and workflows
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
