Job Summary
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through cold calling email campaigns and social selling (LinkedIn) to identify qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers by researching and engaging decision-makers in target accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with current campaigns and market trends.
- Qualify leads based on company size industry pain points and budget to ensure alignment with sales team priorities.
- Schedule and deliver high-impact demos and follow-ups with qualified prospects in coordination with account executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce) to track activities outcomes and next steps.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust outreach tactics to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- Participate in regular team meetings training sessions and product walkthroughs to stay current on offerings and competitive landscape
Requirements
- 25 years of proven experience in sales development business development or a related field within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of SaaS or technology products with experience in B2B sales cycles.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and familiarity with sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative resilience and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced goal-driven environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting is essential.
- Comfortable working in a data-driven performance-based culture with clear KPIs.
