Job Summary

  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through cold calling email campaigns and social selling (LinkedIn) to identify qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers by researching and engaging decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with current campaigns and market trends.
  • Qualify leads based on company size industry pain points and budget to ensure alignment with sales team priorities.
  • Schedule and deliver high-impact demos and follow-ups with qualified prospects in coordination with account executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce) to track activities outcomes and next steps.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust outreach tactics to improve conversion rates and engagement.
  • Participate in regular team meetings training sessions and product walkthroughs to stay current on offerings and competitive landscape


Requirements

  • 25 years of proven experience in sales development business development or a related field within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or technology products with experience in B2B sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and familiarity with sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative resilience and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced goal-driven environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting is essential.
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven performance-based culture with clear KPIs.
