Job Summary

* Build & scale infra on AWS/GCP

* Automate workflows using Python

* Manage IaC with Terraform

Requirements

* 2 years of experience

* Strong AWS/GCP Terraform Docker

* Solid Python (automation mindset)

* Linux CI/CD experience

* Comfortable using AI tools / working with agentic AI systems

* Curious fast-moving and loves exploring new tech

Eligibility (must-have)

* Have deployed production infrastructure using Terraform

* Have built or managed CI/CD pipelines end-to-end

* Write scripts/tools to automate real workflows (not just basic scripts)

* Have worked on live systems with uptime/reliability ownership

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; MBA preferred. 25 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles with demonstrable success in driving growth. Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and leading end-to-end campaign execution. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM social media marketing email marketing and content strategy. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics platforms. Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication presentation and leadership abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable. Location: Bangalore with flexibility for occasional travel as need
