Job Summary
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of manufacturing processes workflows and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational findings recommendations and performance trends.
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency quality and safety.
- Assist in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Gather and validate data from production floors ERP systems and operational logs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes findings and action plans.
- Participate in audits reviews and improvement workshops as required.
- Stay updated on industry best practices emerging technologies and regulatory standards in manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Production or related field) Operations Management or a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes quality control and operational efficiency concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn adapt quickly and take initiative in a dynamic setting.
- Location: Bangalore (on-site requirement).
- Open to freshers with strong academic records and internship experience in manufacturing or operations.
