Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Script Assessment & Curation: Reading and evaluating incoming scripts screenplays and format briefs to spot breakthrough concepts and distinct narrative voices.
Talent Development & Management: Working closely with a roster of writers directors and creators to help shape their creative ideas align their portfolios and map long-term career growth.
Project Packaging & Pitching: Collaborating with creators to build robust pitch decks and packaging projects with the right talent mix to present to OTT networks production houses and studios.
Monetization & Brand Alliances: Structuring negotiating and closing commercial deals for content IPs ensuring optimal revenue and distribution opportunities for represented talent.
Ecosystem Networking: Keeping a constant pulse on the entertainment landscape tracking industry greenlight trends and maintaining deep relationships with studio executives showrunners and producers.
Requirements
Experience: 24 years of direct experience operating in a similar role within Talent Management Agencies Film Production Houses OTT Content Teams or Creative Studios.
Dual Mindset: A rare combination of deep creative empathy (understanding storytelling mechanics) and strong commercial awareness (understanding deal structures and market viability).
Industry Alignment: Deeply plugged into the Indian entertainment OTT and streaming content ecosystems with an instinct for what clicks with modern audiences.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal pitching and relationship management skills to navigate high-touch interactions with creative artists and corporate executives alike.
Location Presence: Aligned to operate full-time out of the Mumbai Office.

This is a hands-on cross-functional role that sits at the heart of the business connecting warehouse management commodity trading operations logistics coordination and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of agricultural commodity trading the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and a track record of keeping operations running efficiently and cost-effectively in a fast-paced trading environment
