As an Application Support Engineer a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring troubleshooting and collaborating with different teams to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands a dynamic approach to problem-solving where the engineer investigates complex system behaviors and implements effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with container orchestration and management within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
