QA Automation Lead Playwright & TypeScript

Experience Required

• 810 years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• Minimum 34 years of hands-on experience withPlaywright andTypeScript.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test solutions.
• Build and execute automated test suites acrossUI API and ETL/Data Validation layers.
• Validate end-to-end business workflows data pipelines and cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with Product Development Data Engineering and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Drive automation best practices framework enhancements and continuous quality improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience withPlaywright andTypeScript.
• Expertise inUI AutomationAPI Automation andETL/Data Testing.
• Experience validating data ingestion transformation reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience testing and automatingDatabricks workflows or similar modern data platforms such asSnowflake Azure Synapse Data Factory Informatica Talend AWS Glue Apache Spark or other enterprise ETL/Data Engineering platforms.
• Good understanding of Azure services including:
  • Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Application Insights
  • Azure-based data integration and monitoring services
• Experience withsynthetic test data generation test data management and data provisioning strategies.
• Strong SQL skills and experience validating large-scale datasets.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud data platforms data lakes and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience with observability monitoring and logging solutions.
• Knowledge of performance testing and data quality validation frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing and modern Quality Engineering practices.
