QA Automation Engineer
Job Summary
INSEAD is seeking an experienced Accessibility QA Engineer (Accessibility & Test Automation) to establish and drive accessibility testing practices across Learning Technology Student Services and Enterprise Applications.
This role will lead the adoption of accessibility testing standards aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA implement an accessibility testing framework integrate accessibility validation into CI/CD pipelines and support compliance initiatives across INSEADs digital services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining accessibility testing standards implementing both manual and automated accessibility testing establishing governance and reporting and supporting product teams in remediating accessibility issues.
In addition this role will support the broader Quality Engineering strategy by expanding test automation coverage and automated regression testing across INSEADs critical applications.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in Accessibility Quality Assurance Test Automation Continuous Testing and DevOps practices.
Accessibility Strategy & Governance
- Define and implement INSEADs Accessibility Testing Framework.
- Establish accessibility testing standards aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA and accessibility compliance requirements.
- Define accessibility testing processes methodologies templates governance and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers Business Analysts Developers UX Designers and QA teams to embed accessibility into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Lead accessibility awareness sessions workshops and coaching programs.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on accessibility best practices and remediation strategies.
- Design and execute accessibility testing across web and digital platforms.
- Build accessibility test scenarios use cases and reusable test assets.
- Conduct accessibility assessments and audits.
- Perform:

- Color contrast validation
- Focus management testing
- ARIA validation
- Responsive accessibility testing
- Forms accessibility testing
- Workflow accessibility testing
- Evaluate compliance against WCAG requirements.
- Provide accessibility gap analysis and remediation recommendations.
- Work closely with development teams to validate fixes and improvements.
- Implement automated accessibility testing using Tricentis Tosca Accessibility capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend complementary accessibility tools and technologies.
- Integrate accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Build automated accessibility regression test suites.
- Establish accessibility quality gates as part of the delivery process.
- Develop accessibility dashboards compliance reports and metrics.
- Promote continuous accessibility testing within Agile and DevOps teams.
Recognizing that no single tool provides complete accessibility coverage the Accessibility QA Engineer will:
- Evaluate and recommend accessibility testing solutions beyond Tosca (depends if Tosca is enough)
- Research and recommend open-source and commercial accessibility tools.
- Establish a best-practice accessibility testing toolchain combining automated and manual techniques.
- Benchmark industry practices and continuously improves INSEAD accessibility testing capabilities.
- Support proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations of emerging accessibility technologies.
- Expand automated testing coverage across critical applications.
- Design and maintain automated regression test suites.
- Improve test automation execution efficiency and reporting.
- Support Quality Engineering initiatives across Digital Delivery.
- Reduce manual testing effort through automation and reusable testing frameworks.
- Drive best practices for automated testing within Agile delivery teams.

- 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
- 3 years of experience in Accessibility Testing.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Accessibility compliance practices
- Experience implementing accessibility programs and frameworks.
- Experience with automated test frameworks.
- Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience developing accessibility test strategies and testing frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
