We are looking for a Python Django Developer with strong backend development experience to join our engineering
team. The candidate will work on scalable FinTech systems built on microservices architecture.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in Python & Django
Good knowledge of MySQL
Experience with MongoDB
Hands-on experience with Celery for background tasks
Experience building REST APIs
Understanding of Microservices Architecture
Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka
Basic knowledge of AWS
Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
Candidate RequirementS
2 4 years of experience in backend development
Must have solved 200 DSA problems on platforms like LeetCode / HackerRank
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to write clean and scalable code
Good to Have
Experience working in FinTech / NBFC / Payment systems
Experience with high transaction systems
Knowledge of Docker / CI-CD
What Youll Work On
Build and scale backend systems handling large transaction volumes
Design APIs and microservices architecture
Optimize database performance and system scalability
Work with asynchronous systems using Celery and message queues
